Semiconductor industry and go-to-market consulting:
We help startups and mid-sized companies understand the semiconductor industry from both commercial and technical perspectives, and we support practical go-to-market execution. Typical support includes ideal customer profile (ICP) definition and segmentation, positioning and messaging, pricing and packaging, partnerships and channels, target account strategy, sales process and CRM, and sales team coaching and frameworks.
We also support venture capital (VC) and corporate investors with semiconductor due diligence by testing the technical narrative, mapping the value chain, and clarifying where a solution fits (and wins) in real manufacturing environments.
